Stacy Davidowitz's play PINK!, which was a 2010 New York IT Award Nominee for Outstanding Full-Length Script, was recently published by Broadway Play Publishing and can currently be seen on those important shelves by any up-and-coming New York playwright at the Drama Book Shop.
PINK! was a 2009 Lark Play Development Center Playwrights’ Week Finalist and was nominated for a whopping 7 IT Awards in 2010, and director Brian Smith received the award for Outstanding Director.
Davidowitz is a playwright and actor who has had work developed and produced in New York City, Chicago, Boston, and Los Angeles. She is a recipient of the Bob Hope Endowed Fellowship, and a graduate of British American Drama Academy, Tufts University, and Columbia University. Her children's musical Hank & Gretchen: A Modern Re-telling of Hansel & Gretel; or Because Candy is That Good was produced with a cast of 54 fifth graders in NY, June 2011. Her full-length play The Rubber Room is currently in development with Down Payment Productions, and her play Run. Run. Stop. was recently produced as part of the 36th Annual Samuel French Short Play Festival. Her episodic play series Talk to Moi, Amer-i-cah! produced through #serials at The Flea is currently in production to become a webseries.

Rumor has it that Davidowitz' screenplay of PINK! is currently being optioned as an independent feature film.
